By RME 6 years ago

Ok, today i got BioShock(jippi!) So before installing it, i decided to activate it on steam first. A click Activate A product on Steam in the My Games tab, then i enter my cd-key and boom Invalid key.... I triple check if ive done any mistakes, then enter in over again and same thing comes up?

So what the hell am i supposed to do now?

THX

Install Bioshock first. Then it should come up on Steam automatically, after restarting Steam.

Install it, then use the activation. Not sure if that helps, but you won't lose anything by trying.

Then you probably have the non-Steam version. But there is a way to add it to your list of games I believe. I think there is an option to add non-Steam products somewhere in tools.

You can add shortcuts for games in Steam that are non-Steam games, I know that.
